Omni Growth Hub offers three service plans: Essentials Plan, Professional Plan, and Premium Plan, each available on a monthly or annual basis. Monthly plans are priced at $297, $349, and $497, respectively. Annual plans are priced at $2,970, $3,490, and $4,970, respectively, offering two months free compared to monthly billing. All plans include a 7-day free trial period.

5. Account Setup Options

Clients have the option to add an account setup service for an additional fee. The Basic Account Setup is priced at $200 and includes essential configuration and onboarding assistance. The Advanced Account Setup is priced at $2,500 and includes comprehensive setup, customization, and training sessions.

6. Payment and Billing

Clients agree to pay the applicable fees for the selected service plan and any additional services in advance. Payments will be processed securely through our STRIPE payment gateway. Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis, while annual plans are billed upfront for the entire term. All fees are non-refundable. Charges will appear on billing statements as "The Mojave Group, DBA Omni Growth Hub."

7. Account Registration

Clients must register for an account to access our services. During registration, clients agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep their account information updated. Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

8. Termination of Services

Omni Growth Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate services and/or access to accounts at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary by Omni Growth Hub. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for prepaid fees.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through our services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Omni Growth Hub and are protected by intellectual property laws. Clients agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent from Omni Growth Hub.

In no event shall Omni Growth Hub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
